Shipping and Returns

Regarding customer shipping and returns...

  • -All orders are processed during normal business hours and are subject to a 1-3 day processing/packaging time unless otherwise stated.
  • -Any orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will not be filled until the following business day regardless of the shipping type chosen
  • -All shipping charges released by USPS, UPS, and FedEx have applicable fees built into the price.
  • -Failure to pay duties, taxes and fees, by international customers will result in packages being returned to our facility.USPS, UPS, and FedEx do not include duites, taxes, and fees in their pricing for internaional customers.
  • -It is the customers responsiblity to ensure the accruacy of orders, and payment information. If changes must be made, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so could result in unwanted charges/items which are not the responbility of Extractor Gear Direct. It is the customers responsiblity to know what voltage is required for all electronic items. Extractor gear direct is not liable for any items which were not correctly ordered due to voltage requirements.
  • -All warranties are voided on any items which have been used in conjuction with a power converter. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding electronic items.
  • -If the order you have placed is suspected of fraudulent information, it will be delayed until the purchase is determined legitimate. This process is performed to protect our customers and our company.
  • -We require a signature of confirmation on delivery of any items over $250 for warranty/claim filing purposes.
  • -For any returns with purchase dates within 30 days of the order, please refer to our 30 day warranty and return policy. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Any item that is to be returned within 30 days of order must be returned in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Any items returned within 30 days which show signs of damage/use will be assesed a 25% restocking fee to cover costs. No exceptions are made for this policy. There is an automatic 15% restocking fee on all items unused for return unless the items is being exchanged with something of equal or lesser value. No store credit will be given.
  • -Inspect all items at the time you recieve them for damage. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless items are proven to be defective upon arrival, in which case the carrier now becomes liable for any and all charges which are incurred.
  • -Please note: it may take several days for refunds to show on your account.
  • -All replacement items will be subject to the carrier of our choice.
  • -Any cargo loss or damage to contents during freight shipping is under the responsibility of the customer to write on the Bill of Lading. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding freight shipping. Failure to report damage to cargo or loss of cargo at the time the Bill of Lading is presented will void any responsibility by Extractor Gear Direct. If you have found concelead damage within your shipment, contact the shipping company as quickly as possible. Signing the Bill of Lading without inspecting for damage voids any warranty or responsiblity by Extractor Gear Direct.
